April 2023

A Note From Our Principal

Happy April! This month, we are looking forward to some sunshine and spending time exploring the outdoors with your children. Spring provides a great opportunity for them to learn and grow as they discover new things in their environment. Our teachers are planning outdoor activities to get in touch with nature. Stay tuned for Earth Day celebrations this month!

Think Spring!

STUDENT  HIGHLIGHTS

March was a busy month at school! Kindergarteners and some helping peers made 15 tie blankets for the Idaho Humane Society. THANK YOU for your contributions! We also had special visitors; the Irish Dance Idaho dancers came to school to perform a variety of traditional dances on St. Patrick’s Day.

Earth Day Celebration

On April 19, each student will have the opportunity to release ladybugs into our garden! Staff and students are invited to dress up like an insect for this special event. We will be doing a variety of activities to learn about our environment. We will have an all school community picnic for staff and students if the weather allows. *Our ladybug release event will be covered by a local news team.

Charcuteruie Snack Bar for Teachers
