All visitors must check in at the front desk, show ID, and wear a visitor badge while they are in the school. Only approved adults are allowed to pick up children in our care.

Most of our lead teachers have their undergraduate degree, and have finished training with the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) or the American Montessori Society (AMS). Some have other training and experience to make sure they meet our standards. All of our teachers pass background checks and provide us with references and necessary certificates. They receive training in safety, like CPR, first aid, and how to help with allergies. They know how to stay calm and keep children safe in any situation. Our teachers stay up to date on best practices in the classroom, as well as participate in trainings such as child abuse prevention and behavior management.
