Summer has come to an end and another school year is upon us. We’d like to extend a warm welcome to all our new families, and a sincere thank you to returning families and those that chose to spend their summer with us. We enjoyed making memories with your children and are looking forward to spending the fall season together.

School Pictures
This month Lifetouch Photography will be taking all student’s individual photograph. Each student will be featured in a conglomerate class picture. Both class picture and individual photographs will be available for purchase after your child’s picture day. If you would like your child to opt out of picture day, please inform your teacher and the front office as all students will be photographed. Classroom picture days are listed below:
September 15th: Students enrolled in classrooms 1 & 6
September 16th: Students enrolled in classrooms 3, 4 & 5
September 17th: Students enrolled in classrooms 2 & 7
Enrolled siblings will also have the opportunity to take a photograph together.
Sun Safety
September is the last month that we will be applying sunscreen to the students in our after school program. Our typical sun safety months are May-September. We ask that students come to school with sunscreen already applied and for those students who will stay with us in after school (3-6) we will apply a second application if we have your permission form signed. For a permission form, please see the office.
Elective Classes
We are excited to welcome back our Elective classes starting the week of September 13th. These community vendors will host student special classes on campus during the time frame of 3-4pm. Classes will be held on the back patio and registration for elective classes is still open in the lobby. If your desired class is full, please add your student’s name to the wait list as there may be openings throughout the year. Registration forms and fees are due to the office no later than Friday, September 3rd. Invoicing for any elective classes will occur after the month of attendance. Therefore, September classes will show up on October invoice.
Monday: Tennis offered by Little Tennis Academy; first class September 13
Tuesday: Music offered by Musical Kids; first class September 14
Wednesday: Spanish offered by Languages Unlocked; first class September 15
Thursday: Ballet offered by Dance Connection; first class September 16
Friday: Gymnastics offered by Jazz & Gym Time; first class September 17

September 12 – Grandparent’s Day
September 13 – First day of Elective Classes
September 15 – School Picture Day (Rooms 1, 6)

September 20 – Last day to make any adjustments in your October schedule and billing
September 24 – School Spirit Day – Dress in your best western wear!
