A Note From Our Principal,
Summer camp has finally arrived at Parkcenter! We are excited to welcome back our elementary-aged campers, newly enrolled students and returning students. The teachers have been busily planning and scheduling a plethora of school wide activities and events. As always, we will post these events on our online calendar as well as update you weekly through Links 2 Home.
We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds for us! (customize for your school)
Sincerely,
Lila Afoa

Summer Electives
Our summer elective classes will begin on Monday, July 1st. Please see Miss Jamie for all registration information and updates. Billing for electives will hit your accounts at the month’s end.
Summer Diaper Drive
Every summer our school looks at different ways that our children can help have other children in our local community. This year our “kids helping kids” project is a Diaper Drive collection. We are asking children/families to bring in diapers, wipes, baby formula or any gently used/new baby items to be handed out at a local non profit organization, Stanton Healthcare. Our collection will be going on through August 12th in the lobby.
Water Play Day
We have two Water Play Days planned for the month of July. Water play days are when the teachers plan a water recess on the playground. There are some water fun toys and sprinkler fun set up. As a reminder, students should come to school in their swimsuit and with a towel and a change of dry clothes. Our summer camp scheduled water play days are:
- July 5th
- July 19th
- August 2
- August 21
Elementary Camp Reminders
Miss Arabelle and Miss Olivia are excited to welcome our Elementary summer camp students in July and August. Each of our Elementary summer camp families should receive a waiver and list of all off-campus field trips and approximate departure and arrival times. Changes will be communicated through Links 2 Home. On field trip days, campers should arrive at school wearing their camp t-shirt. Campers should have a reusable water bottle at camp each day. Closed toed, comfortable shoes are required for all field trips except.
Summer Tuition
Billing in the summer is a little different than during the school year. Here is what you need to know for summer billing:
- Tuition is billed weekly during the summer with tuition due every Monday for the upcoming week.
- ACH auto withdraw will continue through the summer months, with tuition being pulled at the beginning of every week.
- Credit cards will be run Tuesday mornings.
- Electives, field trips and non-scheduled hours will continue to be billed at the end of the month.
- Summer camp schedule changes must be submitted 3 weeks in advance to sarah.frazee@nlcinc.com
- Any open invoices past Tuesday evening will have a $25 late fee applied.
